ETHICAL MARKETING
- Ethical marketing states honest claims and satisfying the need of customers as it helps to increase trust and credibility, develops brand loyalty and enables customers to spread word about the products or services which any business is dealing with.

- Few marketers use wrong statement or make unverified claims about their product.
- Example- fair & lovely states after applying the cream the individual gets white within 2 weeks
2.Confusing the customers
- This is very common Unethical practise which is performed.
- Example- when a food producing companies claims that its products are sugar free when indeed they contain sugar. Such company is only trying to confuse the customers and mislead them, since they are unlikely to buy the product if it is made known that they contain sugar.

3.Don't force your customer:
- Many sellers will produce their product and they will certainly force customer indirectly, by stating that, if you don't buy this product you will not lose weight, or be happy in your life, or can never earn money online etc..
- However, you don't have to force your customer into purchasing your product. It is always good to let them know about your product and their benefits regarding that product. But it is not right to force customer to buy the product.
4. Customer support services:
- Customer service plays an important role in marketing tool. The system makes it easier for customers, regarding any issue related to product. Also, it makes easier for customer to place order.
- However, this practise is quite unethical, as it doesn't offer any way for consumers to complain or get information. Some companies have this service but not enough staff.
- It's important that your customer service teams are well trained, polite and knowledge.
